Sharon Sweeney Steffann has over 30 years experience in the catering, restaurant, and hospitality industries. Her professional resume includes work with restaurants, caterers, hotels, country clubs, private homes, corporations, and public venues.

Our chefs are extensively trained in all major types of cuisines. Many are formally trained internationally and have received awards and merits for their skill.  We work closely with our clients to offer the finest ingredients and presentation.

Our captains will oversee every detail of your event from initial set up to service to breakdown/cleanup.

Bartenders

Our goal is to provide you with professional and courteous bar service during your event.  Our exceptional bar staff are knowledgeable in cocktail and fine wine service.  Many are TIPS certified.

Servers 

Our servers will anticipate guests needs while providing exceptional customer service.  They will maintain a high level of cleanliness and respond quickly to any concerns.
